In Level 2/3 classes, our aim is to further your practice in a real way. This isn’t a run of the mill vinyasa class. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE vinyasa too and I teach three vinyasa classes a week, but these classes are different. The are targeted to further your practice. We ALWAYS spend upside down. We ALWAYS make time to work on handstands and forearm balances and arm balances. We work on making real progress in backbends, twists and splits.
