When the request for core happened today, I decided to explore what that really means. It’s easy to confuse core strength with only ab strength and specifically 6 pack muscle strength. Your core is so much more than that. Your back muscles, your glutes, and ALL of the muscle groups of your abdominal wall (psoas, rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, internal and external obliques) play a roll in core strength.
