OK, full disclosure: I hurt my back. I know, I know, it’s always one injury after the other. That’s what happens when you’re an aging athlete. This time I did it running with my dog. I need to train her to give me warning when she’s just gonna stop on a dime to go to the bathroom. Anyway, if you learn one thing for me, let it be that back injuries are relieved best with twisting, core work, back strengthening. That’s what this practice is about.
