Every once in a while I just go crazy talking about feet in a practice. This was one of those practices. That said, we work the whole body in this one. It’s not a fast flow, or a ladder flow, but there are lots of “flows” within it. Flowing back and forth between wild thing and fallen triangle, between side planks and forearm planks, in and out of half moons and warrior threes. We’re constantly doing something.
