Rocket yoga is fun. It’s rooted in Ashtanga, but with lots of handstands, forearm balances, and core work thrown in. This is a class that is inspired by that series, though not true to it at all. I just borrowed some of the elements and spirit of the series. Like the Ashtanga, it’s generally practiced in a 90 minute setting and this is only an hour. If you like the challenge of going upside down within the class, you’ll like this one. Have fun!
