Twisting with Stability

In today's class, we both stretch and strengthen our internal and external obliques in our core. Sometimes we're lengthening, sometimes we're contracting. We explore both holding twists, and flowing in and out of them. We're often stabilizing. This is challenging, but you can do it! :)
