Twists. I have a confession: I used to avoid twists. After all, they’re uncomfortable and you can’t breathe easily. I also had this nagging feeling that they were unsafe for my back injuries. Then a few months ago, I decided to work on them, to see if I could find more space in a healthy way and without pain – BUT, always coming at them from a place of strength and support. In this practice, we will work the supporting muscles of the abdominal wall, along with twisting. Hope you enjoy this one!
