This is a faster flow, for those of you who like to move. I’ve been slowing it down a little more lately. Honestly, that’s a reflection of my own practice. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a fast-paced ladder flow practice, but as my practice has matured, I have come to appreciate the longer holds that challenge strength require mental discipline. I’m not better at those. I’m far better at the cardio-focused fast flows, but I see the value in the slower practices that I never did before. Soap box rant over. After all, this one isn’t that. This one moves the whole time.
