This is a slower class, but not necessarily easier. We spend a little bit more time than usual back strengthening in this practice. We also work twists. Lots of them. We explore them both from an active and passive place. We we alternate stretching and strengthening interior and exterior obliques. As many of you know, I have pretty serious back injuries (you know this because I talk about it ad nauseam – you’re welcome!). My back felt great after this practice.
