Some days the internet sucks. My poor live students got dropped a few times during the first half of class. The recording went on though, so you can enjoy this slow flow. This class has some long holds in standing poses. I encourage you to challenge yourself with depth and form in these holds. Let them deepen with each breath. We vinyasa yogis tend to fly through everything and get a little sloppy. Yep, I’m looking at you… (and me). So, take your time, find your breath and hold.
