This is therapeutic yoga. For those of you don’t know (can’t imagine how – I bitch about it all the time 😉 ) I have some pretty serious back injures… not from yoga btw. I have two herniated discs at L5 & S1, along with stenosis and massive disc and vertebrae degeneration. There are lots of things that I do that don’t make me feel great: running, pike jumping into handstands, too many forward folds, jump backs, the list goes on… This practice, on the other hand, works like magic. It’s slow and uncomfortable, but I encourage you to take it anyway.
